  • Create and deliver a wide range of information literacy services to users, including classroom teaching, LMS courses, and individualized instruction
  • Produces documentation on general and subject-specific areas to aid in library instruction, including online tutorials, videos, and other effective technology to maximize accessibility

Project Management

  • Manage teams and timelines to complete projects on schedule
  • Implement regular communication to stay on top of upcoming tasks and provide necessary assistance
  • Leverage collaborative tools to enhance transparency and communication

Data Analysis

  • Practical knowledge of data analytics in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Intermediate skill with SQL
  • Able to create data visualizations and dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau

Writing and Editing

  • Skilled in editing to improve clarity and completeness by correcting grammar, punctuation, misstatements, spelling, and ambiguity
  • Practical knowledge of multiple writing formats, including APA, MLA, AMA, and Chicago 
  • Experience with the scholarly journal publishing process

Virtual Work

  • Ten years of experience working fully remote or hybrid
  • Strong communication skills using email, phone, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, and more
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams or alone with minimal supervision
